A: Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.

A: Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Go to My Orders in your account and select "Cancel."

A: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

A: Yes, all orders come with free shipping—no extra charges!

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track it in the My Orders section.
3. Returns & Refunds

A: We offer a 5-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

A: Go to My Orders, select the item, and click "Return." Our team will arrange a pickup.
Q: How will I get my refund?
A: Since we only offer COD, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
